We have our own mold manufacturing and design team. There are lots of tricks of the thermoformed molds: For example, in order to obtain products with a smoother surface, we embed copper on the edges of the mold and some key parts.

Copper has a longer life than aluminum and is more wear-resistant, which will also ensure a smoother surface of the product. If the edge of the product you bought has many wrinkles, it means that the mold needs to be repaired, and it is best to inlay copper.
